We meet with our clients several times to understand the scope of their moving requirements and provide a detailed checklist and several reputable vendors. We are available on an hourly basis to provide assistance during the move, if needed.
• Quality Assured Move^sm - Gold Service: For those whose move is a bit more complex or who want the assurance of a professional move manager coordinating each aspect of the move.  We supervise the contracting process and are present at each major step of the move.  We will provide assistance in obtaining any necessary permits and arranging for disposition of furniture or other items not needed at the new location.  We provide a end-of-move QAM Report with all check lists and invoices.
• Quality Assured Move^sm - Platinum Service: For those who want a professional move manager to assist in managing each step of the move from "soup to nuts".  We perform pre-move inspections and measurements of your new location and post move inspection/clean up of your old location.  We oversee all of the move steps monitoring the performance of each contractor or service provider involved with your move. We provide timelines and a checklist for each step and maintain regular communications with all involved to eliminate any surprises. We assist with the move in and ensure that your old home is in broom-clean condition after you leave and your new home is move-in condition before you arrive.  Our end of move QAM Report contains every detail of the move for your audit.
