Lila Cummings, MSW, CSW
Lila is a licensed New York State social worker. She has worked extensively
with families on transition and conflict resolution issues, and has many
years of experience with adults in all stages of dementia. Her professional
career spans being an elementary school teacher to the Executive Assistant
for the CEO of a Fortune 500 company.
Susan Church
Susan Church has more than ten years of professional experience in the
not-for-profit, development and counseling sectors. Committed to improving
the quality of life for seniors, Susan has volunteered at Mt. Sinai
Hospital's Martha Stewart Center for Living (formerly Coffey Geriatrics)
weekly for four years, presenting talks co-authored by the American
Geriatric Association, implementing a telephone buddy program for homebound
seniors, an in-patient visiting program and assisting
with outreach focused on wellness campaigns. Susan is a partner in Get A
Move On! Inc, helping seniors as they transition into new homes - with
compassion, efficiency and skill.
